2016 Purebred Connemara Mare

Kynynmont Aliza

Aliza is a 2016 Purebred Connemara mare by the Premium Stallion *Smaragaid Cliff and out of our beloved ACPS Premium Mare Kynynmont Moira (by Ballywhim Sterling Moss).

Standing at 14.2, Aliza has a full barrel and can easily accommodate her rider (rider in photos/videos is 5’4”). Aliza has plenty of “go” but is very sensible on and off property. Aliza made her Second Level Recognized show debut in August 2024 and earned 64.286% at Second Level Test 3, and 67.778% in First Level Test 3 at the same show. In 2023 she was a complete doll to show in the Dixon Oval at the Devon showgrounds! She is very straight forward to ride, has easy lateral work, and is trained from the seat. 

Aliza has a green change over poles, is fun to jump (she's game, even with the dressage trainer in the tack!) and is great to trail ride. She is great all-around and would do equally well in a dressage show barn as she would in a more laid back environment. Aliza is very versatile and could horse show one weekend, and pack grandkids around the next. 

She’s got a cute and confident jump (with a dressage trainer in the tack!) and would also make an excellent low level eventing prospect. She’s super easy to handle, trailers very well, is barefoot and is an easy keeper. (Aliza HWSD: N/HWSD)
